Amish Bread Muffins

Ingredients:
Wet
1 cup of oil
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup of Amish Starter
1/2 cup of milk or milk substitute
5.1 oz. box of instant pudding (vanilla)
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Dry
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Topping
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tsp. of cinnamon
Method:
Start by mixing the wet ingredients. Set aside.
Next mix the dry ingredients, fold into the wet mixture.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Pour the batter into individual muffin tins. Mix the topping by adding sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on the top of the filled muffins.
Bake the muffins for 10-15 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
