Sourdough Croutons

This is the perfect day-old bread recipe. It’s really simple, delicious, and honestly life changing for those of you who love a good salad.

1/2 of a loaf (day old) cut into cubes

3 TBS. of extra virgin olive oil

1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.

  2. Toss the cubed bread into olive oil and seasoning.

  3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 min.

  4. Let it cool before using.
