Sourdough Tortillas

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”ธ 3 cups of flour
๐Ÿ”ธ 2 tsp. of sea salt
๐Ÿ”ธ 1/4 cup of butter
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 1/3 cups of water
๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 cup of sourdough starter

How to:
1) Start by mixing the salt and flour.
2) Slowly incorporate the butter into the mixture using a fork.
3) Add the water and sourdough. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
4) Place dough onto a flour surface and knead for 2 minutes.
5) Split the dough in half, continue to do this until you have 12 pieces. Roll them into small balls.
6) Let the dough rest covered on the counter for at least 30 minutes.
7) When ready, heat a cast iron pan on medium high. Roll out the tortillas and cook 1-2 minutes per side.
Enjoy right away or store in a ziplock in the fridge for 4 days.
