I love storing my starter in the quart jar. Remember to set the lid on top and to not seal too tightly.

The glass batter bowl and bread bowl cover is perfect if you need to grow a large amount of starter or if you are making bread.

I always use my dutch oven to bake artisan loaves. Here is a great bread recipe if you don’t have one.

The bread proofing basket helps the bread with its final rise. Make sure you line it with rice flour.

The bench knife and bread lame ensure that the loaves are properly prepared for baking. The bench knife will help you not deflate the loaf. The bread lame is used for successful scoring. Check out this video of scoring!

The bread sling or parchment paper are essential in getting your loaf from the scoring board to the dutch oven. I highly recommend a bread sling because it is reusable and safe at high temperatures.
